During this private session with one of our midwives, you can resolve all your doubts and receive information on topics that interest you in a private and friendly environment.
The most common topics we cover are the creation of a personalized birth plan, advice on pregnancy discomforts, and something incredibly important that often worries you: choosing the hospital where you will give birth.
These are the most common topics, but you can ask us anything related to pregnancy and birth!
How do our consultations work?
One of the most beneficial factors for mothers and babies during pregnancy is peace of mind and the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of the mother. In consultations with our midwives during pregnancy, you can bring up all the topics that concern you and any doubts or worries you have about your pregnancy, your birth, and your health in general.
The midwives at Bel & Mums have extensive experience helping and accompanying all types of women during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, so we can advise you on practically everything: starting with your health, nutrition, and physical exercise during pregnancy, to giving you tips to prepare for birth and postpartum, and advice on which professionals or centers can provide you with the best care taking into account your particular situation.
Additionally, if you are an expat and are not familiar with the health system in Spain, we can help you understand it better, know its pros and cons, and thus know what to expect at each stage and the alternatives available to you.
