You will learn the <strong>most effective techniques for natural childbirth preparation<\/strong>. We primarily use hypnobirthing techniques that result in a controlled and less painful birth, helping to create a positive and empowering experience for you on the most important day.  <\/p><p>You will need to put the learned techniques into practice, so we recommend doing it <strong>between weeks 27 and 36 of pregnancy<\/strong>. This course <b>is designed to be done as a couple<\/b>, but it will be equally beneficial for you if you prefer to do it alone. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
